Ellen do you have a recipe for chicken. Doing a wedding for 200 next year. Bride wanted fried chicken and I politely told her no unless she wanted KFC. I like to do something with chicken breast where I can stick it in oven or electric roasters. Also who much chicken are we talking about and do I plan for 200. I did my husbands wedding and sent out 150 invites and we had about 75-80 people. Thank you for your help. |

Usually the return is closer to 85% (5/6) of the invites, so 150-175. Both the orange dijon wedding chicken and the chicken marsala on this site are TNT delicious chicken breast recipes that can be done ahead. |
