Good morning, I was wondering if you could tell me how much to charge a small business the menu 2 pieces of baked or grilled chicken (Legs and thighs) Mashed potatoe Green beans A fresh salad Homemade dressing Cut up fruit of the season (berries-kiwi ) With a homemade ginger syrup
This for 15 people I deliver , set up and leave. I also make beef when on sale mostly tri tip sandwiches |

No, Lety, I do not do pricing. Most caterers charge 3-4 times the food cost, depending on the level of service/time involved. Be aware that in most states it is illegal to prepare food for sale except in a licensed kitchen or the host's house. Also, that you are liable to suit if anyone claims illness or injury due to your food or service. Check your liability insurance. |
