Dividing an 8 Quart Chafing Dish

I have an 8 quart chafing dish. I want to put two meats in the pan, but do not want to buy a divided pan. What would you recommend to divide so the meat juices don't blend? Could I use two disposable aluminum pans in the main pan (so the main pan can support) or will the heat conductivity be lost?
