I need to make soup for 225 guests. The recipe I want to use yields 6 1/2 cups. How much more of each ingredient do I need to prep for this?

This is the ingredient list:

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk

This recipe as given will make about 10 appetizer servings or 5 entree bowls. Use just 1/2 the amount of salt until you taste it- and I like Swansons low salt chicken broth.
