I need to make soup for 225 guests. The recipe I want to use yields 6 1/2 cups. How much more of each ingredient do I need to prep for this? This is the ingredient list:

This recipe as given will make about 10 appetizer servings or 5 entree bowls. Use just 1/2 the amount of salt until you taste it- and I like Swansons low salt chicken broth. |
