Making a penne pasta & meatballs for 90 people. How much pasta to get and how many meatballs at what size.

If this is the only entree, 12 pounds pasta, 16-20 pounds meatballs, about 1 quart sauce per pound of pasta. Larger meatballs, you need more; for this event, I would suggest smaller ones, the 1/2 to 3/4 ounce size.
