I'm planning my daughter a birthday party. We have decided to have nachos and cheese. There is about 50 people kids and adults. I was wondering how much nachos and cheese do I need. This party is at 9:00 in the morning. |

About 1 pound chips per 10 if lots of teens, per 12 mixed. 1 1/2 #10 cans nacho cheese sauce. Open one, see how it goes, open the second only if needed- the leftovers can keep a week refrigerated, OK for Tex Mex mac and cheese, etc. Sour cream? about 2 1/2 pounds. Jalapenos? about a quart. |
