11/23/14 		cooking a bbq menu for 300. The cooking will be done 2 weeks prior to event. What are the best side items for freezing and any suggestions for freezing the meat for such short period of time

11/23/14 		What kind of meats? Most, except pulled items, will not be improved by reheating. Consider, for example, doing meatballs as one meat alternative. Write back.
