I need to prepare a large quantity of a corn casserole for Thanksgiving dinner. The original recipe calls for cooking in a 350 degree oven for an hour. I need to multiply the recipe x6. How long should I cook the item? Also the original recipe calls for 1 stick of melted margarine and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Should I multiply these ingredients x6 or reduce? |

Took Thanksgiving off! Sorry! You drop the temp to 325 and allow 2 hours, using a thermometer to check for a temp of 165; you do use all the margarine and sour cream, just 1/2 the salt. |
