11/29/14 		I need to prepared fruit salad for 500 people. Fruit salad will be prepared in full size aluminum dishes and wondering how many full size aluminum dishes I would need for 500.

11/29/14 		if this is a side dish, not dessert, you need about 16 gallons. Don't know how big your pans are; measure by filling with water, and be aware that most foil pans will bend or give when full if carried by the edges- they need a cookie sheet or tray underneath,

11/29/14 		THis will be dessert. I will prep it in the 20in aluminum pan as measurement. The fruit will be scooped into cups and topped with whipped cream. I don't have other options of preparing the fruit. Thank you for your suggestions. Will certainty need a tray underneath.
