I know this may sound silly but I am planning my sons baptism. We have a hall with no access to am oven. We are making lasagna. Can I cook the lasagna in the oven first using the chafing pan? Please help! |

Yes. It needs to be hot (above 160) when it goes into the chafing pan to serve. A portable electric roaster, which costs less than 30, might be useful here- just be sure to take it out of this box and run it empty for at least an hour a day or two before, at home, to get rid of/ burn off any manufacturing residues. |
