I don't do charges, the costs and usual charges vary too much from region to region. You need a non-meat filling for a second choice- could be an egg salad- in case of any vegetarians. For plenty, use the plan for 100 page and the sandwich planning page, do 1/2 the amount fore 100, minus an additional 10% after the calculation. |
