12/08/14 		Hi Ellen, I am preparing a office luncheon for 30 people do I have amounts right? Others will be bringing vegetab;e trays, etc. Thank you!

6 Dozen Rolls (30 per pimento cheese & 30 per chicken salad)
3 1/2 pounds homemade pimento cheese
4 pounds chicken salad
mini cupcakes 60 (2 per person)
Mini Taco Cups 60 (2 per person)
