Providing dinner for Ronald McDonald House. Want to use your recipe for mashed potatoes for 25. Are the 13x9" pans the deep aluminum pans? Therefore 90min to reheat from frozen? Thanks, Terry |

No, standard 2 1/2 inch deep pyrex casserole pans. Reheat covered. You can allow the 90 minutes but check with a quick read thermometer after the first hour and turn oven to 200 when the temp in the potatoes reaches 165. |
