I am having a large New Year's eve party one of the menue items is Wild Alaska salmon I want to grill it in advance so I can partake in the party too I am also having prime rib , Fried turkey, and pasta dish everything is timed okay except the salmon any ideas |

Serve it chilled. Lemon, dill and capers, good mayo. It is absolutely delicious, holds beautifully, and can be steamed/poached the day ahead. |
