I have 240 meatballs for a turkey dinner for 65 people. How much sauce do I need for the meatballs. The dinner is this Saturday, December 13, 2014. Thank you. |

I use 3 quarts of sauce for each 10 pounds of meatballs for cocktail appetizers, 1 quart per pound of pasta for pasta dishes. You posted the dessert separately, see the other one. |
