Also, I serving appetisers ( mini franks, pizza rolls, egg rolls etc), then buying bags of chips etc to put on the table. could you tell me how much I would need. I have no idea. thank you |

With teens, you rake the normak amount and add galf again. For example, potato chipd for 100 is usually 6 pounds, you get 9. Corn chips for 100, usually 8 pounds, you get 11-12. The amount of horsdouvres depends on whether it replaces a meal and how long the party is. If it repleces a meal, you need meal size quantities. See the appetizer and beverage quantity planning pages in Big Pots and use the largest numbers, then add 30-10% more. Some heany dips like chili con queso or 7 layer bean dip with the chips will reduce the costs and inconvenience of the little appetizers. If it is s warm weather party, real lemonade is popular and will reduce the soda bill. Or a sparling punch. |

thanks. This is in march so I will have soda bottles (large) and water. How many do you think I need? The party is a 7:00pm a dance party with dj so not a meal. Do you think I should still have enough appitisers for a meal or just snacking/ My daughter tells me the kids just dance all the time but I want to make sure I have enough |
