I am making biscuits and gravy for 125 people. I am not sure how much I need to make or how much sausage I should use. |

2 biscuits each, some extra for butter and jam. The recipe for classic sausage gravy for 200 is already up on the site: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/sausage.html You would do 5/8 for 125 Do have 3 pounds of butter and several jars of jelly, jam and/or honey for some of the bicuits.
