I am making french dip sandwiches for about 20 people on Xmas. Is 5lbs of sliced London Broil from the deli enough for this amount of people? There are a few that eat light and 1 vegetarian in the crowd . |

If you slice and make the sandwiches, yes, If the meat is self serve, you need 6-7 pounds. |
