I'm wondering how much turkey and ham I need person. I'm serving 24 people, 3 of these are children under 8. I'll serve both turkey and ham. Also roast potatoes, 2 hot vegetables and buns, as well as 2 kinds of stuffing. How big of a turkey should I make and how big of ham? Also how many potatoes? Thanks |

I would count this as 25. I would do an 18-20 turkey and about 6 pounds of boneless ham. 6-10 pounds of potatoes, depends on whether there is stuffing or another starchy dish, and with the stuffing somewhere around 6-8 would be fine. |
