I am making food for 80 to 100 guests. I am having rigatoni and was thinking 10 lbs. And making periogies and thinking 3 per person. Am I close? Was also having salad. |

Yes, that's about right, assuming a nice big salad, maybe some relishes or appetizers , and dessert. Or some roasted vegetables made ahead and served room temp, Italian style. Maybe fruit trays?
