Hi, I preparing eggs for a group of 200. I've prepared oven scrambled eggs for about 100 in the oven in a glass dish before and they came out great. This is a bigger job and wanted to know if I could do the same thing in a stainless steel table pan. I've read several places to never use aluminium pans because it will turn them green. Can you advise on the use of the stainless steel pan? Thanks in advance. |

Stainless is fine! Heats faster than glass. |
