Hi I need to cook meat lasgna for 40 people and meatballs for 70 people How many boxes of lasagna boxes-Barilla i need and how much ground meat for lasagna ? And how much ground meat for meatballs? |

See the spaghetti page for full info on the amounts for lasagna, noodles, meat, sauce cheese. Make at least 1 pan meatless in case of any vegetarians, with 90 people there will likely be some. 25 pounds raw ground meat in your favorite recipes for the meatballs. Hi Ellen! We are having a church retreat for 90 people. We are serving 2 breakfast meals, 1 lunch meal and 2 dinner meals. How much do we need as far as rotisserie chicken, burgers, hotdogs, pork, beef soup, chicken salad, sweet potato fries or French fries, eggs, spam, bacon, steamed/ fried rice, rolls/ buns/ loafs?
