Having a birthday party for @90 people. Plan on ordering from a local italian place: Lasagna, Eggplant Parmesan, Sausage and Peppers in their large trays say they feed 20-25. But if I'm serving three entrees (along with caesar salad and bread) how much do I figure of each of the entrees? |

The challenge with these three very compatible entrees is that almost everyone will take some of everything. So you either have to take the risk of running out of at least one, or else expect to have some leftovers. Also, with no other veg or plain pasta, they will eat more. This estimate will give you leftovers.
