Dear I'm shyam two days back I purchased a 2tier chocolate fountain.the first day machine runned successfully but 2nd day that i started machine was running good but fountain was not forming..suggest me to run my business successful..I requested the delear to assist us..but no aid is coming there side..pls help in this regard sir

Did you completely clean out the fountain as discussed on the chocolate fountain article the first time? It sounds like you have hardened chocolate in the auger pump. Running the motor with the pump blocked will ruin the fountain. You will have to clear it very carefully using hot water, it will take a lot of slow, careful effort. Or you can replace the auger pump (the top sections of the fountain). |
