I need to know how many pans of lasagna, I need for around 40 people… I was going to use a commercial, 2 inch pan…. Also, how many bags of lettuce would I need? |

Hi Jared, use the lasagna planning table in the middle of the spaghetti page, 10% less than for 50. Use the plan for 100 salad table for the salad, same cutback. |
