just curious..if I cook 2 packer briskets about 13 lbs a piece and two 8 pound butts if that will be enough? |

You could serve50 with just the brisket. You will have plenty. |

thanks..they asked for both type meats I was trying to figure in shrinkage ..also once the briskets are trimmed I'm thinking ill lose at least a pound per brisket |
