I host a Sunday Supper to feed 120 people. I have alot of frozen chicken and thought I could make chicken ala King with it. I have a white sauce recipe for an 18 qt roaster but nothing else. Could you tell me how much chicken, peas, etc. I would need to fill one 18 qt roaster, which should feed 60 people |

about 12 pounds of chicken and and 15 pounds frozen mixed vegetables/mushrooms/peas for 60 people. |

No, you need 12 pounds of meat, that is 24 pounds whole chickens or turkey. |
