Griddle cover for Kitchen Aid cook top

02/02/06 		I moved into a new house that has a stainless steel gas Kitchen Aid cook top with a griddle. The griddle gets dark with use and as far as I can tell; Kitchen Aid does not sell a stainless steel cover. I know other brands do (GE). Any suggestions?

02/03/06 		Measure and see if one of the GE's will work?

Seriously, any metal working shop should be able to make you a satisfatctory stainless cover.
