Hi, I am getting married and I am having a pig roast and chicken for food how many pounds of these items do you think I will need to feed 150 quest.Also how many pounds of mashed potatoes do you think I will need. I hope you can help me, I am going crazy. |

Nicole, a pig roast is an expensive and difficult BBQ, and I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend that you do this for the reception dinner, especially if you are trying to do it yourself.
