This is for my clarification on food safety. IF I can properly and quickly cool then freeze 80-100 breaded, browned (partially cooked) chicken breasts for Chicken Italiano (similar to Chicken Parm), can I safely do this? Plan is to cook sauce separately and freeze, then put all together the day of the event. If you have a different suggestions, I am open to them! THANK YOU again for your help After the event in a couple of weeks, I will make a donation based on our final ticket sales for the fundraiser. |
