help..preparing food for 200

I'm cooking for a party of 200...the menu isPastas bar, marina sauce, Alfredo sauce, chicken, beef, ceasar salad, bread sticks, sweet tea...How much of each item would I neeed to be successful?

This service requires 3-4 serving lines, at least 3 kitchen people and 12 servers out front to set up, serve, and clean up. Will you have servers rewarming each serving, or are you hoping to serve from chafing pans of cooked pasta? Is the beef meatballs? Will there be appetizers? Desserts? With this many choices, you will slow the serving lines, you may want to pre-serve the salad at the tables, or put Parmesan, salad bowls and bread sticks on the tables Olive Garden style.
