Hi, I am hosting a party for 400 adults and we will have a nacho bar with chips and toppings and shredded chicken. How much of the following ingredients do I need?

What is the time of the party, the length of the party and what other food is being served? What about chips? Is this free food or will there be a cost to the eaters? Is it buffet service (at least 5 lines) or plated and if plated, snack or meal size portion? All these things affect amounts. Please write back with more information. |

I am hosting an end of the year party for potentially 190 8th graders. It will be at a rec plex - where they will be swimming and playing for 3 hours in the evening. I want a buffet style nacho bar. How much food will I need - chips, cheese, meat, beans, etc. Thanks! |
