Exactly the same as in a regular oven, same temp, etc; do preheat 10-20 minutes before adding chicken, and if it is small, ie short cooking time, you may want to parboil the veg or start the veg a little early to make sure they get done. I like to put a cut lemon and some fresh rosemary inside the chicken. Maybe a cut onion if you eat them. |
