Help! I'm trying to figure out which would be less expensive to make for a wedding reception of 250 people. How much chicken, would i need to buy for lemon chicken, or to add to ham and cheese so I can make Chicken Cordon Bleu. Our other option is a pork tenderloin, served with garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, green salad and rolls. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |

Take a look at the 2 wedding chicken recipes on this site (Big Pots page), which can be done ahead. Chicken is still cheaper than pork tenderloin, but not so much with the ham and cheese added. Write back when you decide. |
