Our Homeowners' Association routinely gives potlucks. As President and Social Chair, I am trying to come up with other ideas. I love the potato bar and the taco bar idea. Are there other suggestions that wouldn't involve a lot of cleanup? We usually have about 100 people attending. In the past, I've spent the entire evening in the kitchen, either preparing or cleaning up. This time, I'd like to actually be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor! |
