Hi, How much rice and kidney beans will I need to sample (2 ounces) a 170 students for language day? they will get a plate with one sweet plantain, one yucca, and a little bit of beans and rice. how many tomatoes and onions to season the beans? Thank you so much |

About 8 pounds each dry rice and dry beans. Many bean recipes on google, put in the country you want and get authentic. |
