I need to know how much lettuce for a salad. I will use iceberg, spinage, and romain. I will also add cucumbers, tomatoes,carrots and est. I also need how many pounds of brocilli for 60 people. I will buy it fresh from Costco . It will be steamed with butter added. Also how much homemade ranch dressing? |

Use the plan for 100 page, do a scant 2/3 of the garden salad. Dressing recommendations are covered. For the broccoli, about 20 pounds full heads. |
