Have party for 60 adults. It will be a buffet
Having lion of pork, chic Marsala, fett. Alfredo,saug peppers onions, salad, how much do I need to buy. Also app. Rice balls, spinach salad, eggplant park,cheese and crackers

3 meats is a lot for 60 people, if you make enough for everyone to have his/her first choice, you will have some leftover meats.

loin of pork, 20 pounds
chic Marsala, 14 pounds, small pieces
sausage with peppers onions, 10 pounds, equal weight veggies

fettucini Alfredo, 10 pounds pasta, 2/3 the recipe for Alfredo style sauce on the spaghetti page (holds better than a true Alfredo)

salad, 2/3 the amount for 100 on the plan for 100 page

About the appetizers

Rice balls, 2 per person

spinach salad, 4 pounds spinach

eggplant park, parm? 2 bites per person, but I would move this to dinner and make about 12-14 pounds of eggplant

cheese and crackers, 1 pound cheese per 12, 4 pounds crackers, 2 quarts olives and small crisp pickles
