Not sure of the question here, and need to know if you are providing the beverages and entree/meat or what else you are providing. Usually with this size crowd, and nothing provided by the host, it would be 3 entrees, 2 salads, 2-3 desserts, 2 veggies and 2-3 gallons iced tea or other beverage. |
