Inviting 100 guests. Serving fried chicken legs, kielbasa, macaroni salad, mastaciolli, fruit salad and dinner rolls and cake. Is this enough of a verity? Not sure how much of each entre is needed. Do you think serving two pasta dishes is too much pasta ( my son really wants the mastaciolli), would serve still serve macaroni salad or a different side. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!

fried chicken legs, about 150

kielbasa, 1 pound per 4

mostaciolli,
macaroni salad- you could go with a potato salad and slaw instead? Really goes wit the chicken.
I would do 12-15 pounds mostaciolli if I switched to potato salad and slaw; 35 pounds potatoes for the salad and 2 1/2 to 3 gallons slaw.

dinner rolls, 2 per person, 3 per person

cake, 1 layer of sheet cake makes 60 servings, a 2 layer would be plenty!

With teens, 1 pound chips per 12 and 1 pint dip/salsa per pound is never wasted.
