I'm hosting an event for 150 people over a 4 hour period and will be serving a cheese and fruits, pasta with Alfredo sauce, fried chicken with a side of potatoes. How many cups/quarts of Alfredo will I require, How much fried chicken would you recommend along with potatoes? Thank you |

I am doing an event for 150 people, but am estimating my food at about 180. What would be a could estimate for Mac and Cheese and Mashed potatoes? Also, will 3-25 lb hams be enough? I am serving baked chicken breasts with the meal as well. |

Plenty of ham, some left. Because you can't predict perfectly which people will do which starch, you will have some left. I would do 12-13 pounds dry pasta and about 45-50 pounds of potatoes.
