I need to cook ground turkey for a taco bar for my Cub Scout Blue and Gold banquet. We are feedin 40-45 people .. I just need to know how much ground turkey .. It come in 2lbs packs .. I also need to know how much seasoning I should add for all the meat as well.. Can you please help me out ? |

There is a homemade taco seasoning recipe, second on the page, here: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/texmex1.html You want about 10 pounds regular ground turkey, and you may need to add a little cooking oil. Be sure you have some meatless beans as one of the toppings. |
