I am feeding 20-25 employees a BBQ luncheon on Wednesday. I was thinking 5 pounds BBQ Pulled Pork, 2 BBQ Chickens 5 pints Mac & Cheese, 4 pints slaw and 5 pints Baked Beans. Would that be enough?? |

For 25, assuming sandwiches, this is what I would do:
5 pounds BBQ Pulled Pork, If there is a chance of vegetarians, increase the mac and cheese a little more. |
