20-25 lunch

I am feeding 20-25 employees a BBQ luncheon on Wednesday. I was thinking 5 pounds BBQ Pulled Pork, 2 BBQ Chickens 5 pints Mac & Cheese, 4 pints slaw and 5 pints Baked Beans. Would that be enough??

For 25, assuming sandwiches, this is what I would do:

5 pounds BBQ Pulled Pork,
3 dozen slider rolls
quart pickles
2 BBQ Chickens- OK, cut into 8 pieces
5 pints Mac & Cheese, at least 6-
4 pints slaw, at least 5, and 6 would be OK
5 pints Baked Beans, 6
And would not expect much left over.

If there is a chance of vegetarians, increase the mac and cheese a little more.
