I'm cooking chicken spaghetti for 200 and was wondering how many roaster ovens i would need. Also trying to figure how much chicken i would need to buy. |

At least 3 roasters and 4 would not be too many. Be aware that 2 roasters on the same plug or circuit will blow the circuit; some kitchens have 2 circuits, many only 1. About 16 whole chickens or 80 pounds leg quarters per 100 |
