I am having a luncheon for 30 women and I would like to know how much of each item I should purchase. |

The garden salad on the plan for 100 page tells, tomatoes, cukes, dressings, etc, you would do 1/3 the amount for 100. Other interesting toppings, look at the taco/potato bar page and do 1/3 the amount for 100. For 30 people, you would do about 5 quarts of chicken, tuna, or egg salad; 1 1/2 pounds croutons, 2 pounds crackers.
