Hi Beth,

I usually do 2 bottles of water per person.

This is a substantial amount of alcohol for this size party

12 cases of beer (figured I really only need 10 but dont want to run out)
Most beer drinkers drink 4, so this is about 36 people worth

25 bottles of wine 10 red 15 white, most people drink about a half bottle, but even figuring 2/3, 16-20 people worth

4 large bottles of vodka, assuming you mean 1500 ml; most people drink less than 5 ounces (300 ml), so its about 20 people worth. You might consider trading out one for rum and adding 1 bottle of bourbon.

8 bottles of coke
8 diet coke
4 sprite
4 diet sprite
Assuming 2 liter bottles, you will have plenty, some left- it's about 8 servings per bottle

mixers, assuming quarts, hard to estimate, but this should be way plenty
4 orange juice,
4 pineapple,
4 cranberry,
5 bottles of seltzer,
3 bottles of tonic

With this amount of alcohol, I would definitely make coffee, at least a pound (50 cups) with sugar, sweetener, and a quart of real half and half.
