We are preparing two appetizers and beer/wine for 130 people for 45 minutes before the full bbq meal. Teriyaki meatballs with fresh cubes pineapple on toothpick served on trays Spinach artichoke dip on toasted baquettes on trays
How many do we need per person for each of the items for that 45 minutes? |

Meatballs, about 13 pounds; they are tastier hot from an electric fry pan or crock pot, 3 quarts pineappley sauce per 10 pounds.
