I just changed from a gas range to a ceramic smooth top (GE). thinking it will be easier to clean as I'm getting older. My husband thought to check the flat bottoms of my stainless steel pans. one of them had a sharp burr on it! he took it to the garage and buffed it off. so glad we checked. We will smooth up all of them before using them as they got roughed up on the old gas range. |
