02/07/06 		Found it on your site once but cannot find it now. How to arrange food on a self serve buffet table. Menu is deli turkey & ham platters, cheese platters veggie trays and then friends bringing a dish. Drinks will have their own table and same with desserts.Also where to place plates and eating utensils.

02/07/06 		plates and utensils first. Breads and fixings in front of meats. Veggies and salads ahead, desserts separate, or by the beverages. Basically, the rarest and most expensive goes last... And use a 9 inch plate and a modest size serving spoon. People take their 1 or 2 spoonfuls almost without regard for the size of the spoon.
