I am making chicken salad and italian sandwiches/subs and bags of chips. (To start) Then stenos of meatballs, sausage peppers n onioins, pulled pork, baked beans, tortellini alfredo, spanich rice, hot dogs with kraut,n macaroni n cheese and a cold pasta salad. My question is,
since I'm having so many different things - how much do I need of each???

We are having about 140 ppl including some children.

Dutch the difficulty with this many choices for only 140 people is, you are going to have a lot of leftovers or else run out.I suggest you eliminate at least 2 of the entrees, three would be better; no need to have sausages and hot dogs and meatballs, pick one; do either tortellini or mac and cheese but not both if you are also having pasta salad; consider omitting the pulled pork all together as it is messy compared to all the others.
